7 Super Simple RV Camping Recipes Part 2

We are always looking for ways to make cooking in the RV easier and fast, which is why I was determined to find the best recipes to get it done so I can enjoy RV Camping with the family instead of spending my time cooking all the time! When I found the Super Simple Super Pot Skillet, I knew I could make it work easily for our RV Camping needs of an Indoor Grill! Here are 7 Super Simple RV Camping Recipes Part 2 that can be made easily in the Super Simple Super Pot Skillet or without.

  1. Shish Kabobs
  2. Pizza
  3. Grilled Cheese
  4. Chili
  5. Cajun Foil Wraps
  6. Grilled Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas
  7. Meat Pie

BONUS: Indoor S’mores (Campfire Banana Boats)

1. Super Simple Shish Kabobs

What you need:

A Pkg of Skewers

1 lb. of your favorite meat (Sausage, Steak, Chicken etc.) Cut into 1” pieces

Red Bell Pepper, cut into 1” pieces

Can Pineapple Chunks

Sweet Yellow Onion, Cut into 1” pieces

1 Pkg of The Little Potato Company Blushing Belle Potatoes

Marinade Mixture:

¼ Cup Bottle of Dale’s Seasoning

3 tsp of Colgin Liquid Smoke

A few sprinkles of Lawry’s Salt

Directions:

Marinade the Red Bell Pepper, Pineapple Chunks, Onion, and Potatoes in ¼ of the Marinade Mixture.

Marinade the meat (separate from vegetables) in the remaining Marinade Mixture. You can marinade anywhere from 30 minutes to 6 hours before grilling. The longer you marinade, the stronger the flavor. You can also use more or less of the Marinade Mixture; we are keeping it light for this recipe.

Add meat and veggies to skewers alternately.

Now it’s time to grill! You can use the 3-in-1 Super Pot Indoor Grill or an Outdoor Grill. Just follow the cook instruction for temperature settings for grilling your chosen meats.

Then add potatoes and some of boiled potato water to hamburger & stir.

Heat until warm. Salt & Pepper to taste.

*Some of my family members like to add ketchup on top.

BONUS: Indoor S’mores (Campfire Banana Boats)

What you need:

Graham Crackers (chopped into tiny pieces or better yet use our favorite mini food chopper) Use 2 tablespoons per boat

6 Bananas

Foil Sheets

6 tablespoons of chocolate chips (1 tablespoon per boat)

6 tablespoons of mini marshmallows

Directions:

Preheat Super Pot Grill to 350 degrees.

Leaving the outer part on the banana, cut the inner side of the banana lengthwise (but not all the way through). Next, “smoosh” the banana sides in to create a “pocket”. Next, wrap foil around each banana, leaving the top “pocket” open. Now fill each “boat” with chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of graham cracker mix on top. Most Noteworthy: It helps to push on the ends of the banana inward to open the pocket more. Finally, fold the foil upward to top of banana but make sure to leave a slit for steam to release from the boat. You can make 3 boats at a time in the Super Pot. Cook them for approximately 8 minutes until chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
