Simple Installation

The Tentproinc RV Awning Sunshade Screen is used on the front awning of your RV. The shade has a 3/16” PVC cord that simply slides into the grove of your awning track. It is also very simple to remove by sliding it out before rolling up your awning. (Do NOT roll it up with your awning)!

Shade

It can block out up to 86% of UV Rays, however, it doesn’t obscure your view! Talk about cooling things off! This RV Awning Screen cools the front area of our RV, even with direct sunshine beaming down on you.

Wind

Additionally, this Sunshade Screen blocks out winds too!

Although the complete kit comes with plastic stakes, we ended up staking it to a bucket filled full of water (and another time we used a toolbox we had) on very windy days and that helped to keep the screen from bouncing with the awning. For normal days without higher winds, the plastic stakes work very well.

This Sunshade Screen comes with a 3 Years Limited Warranty for the screen, fabric, grommets, and bungees from manufacturers defects, however, strong wind and or rain damage is NOT covered.

Simple Installation

The screen has grommets on the edge of it and that attaches to the barrel end with a bungee ball. You can mount the brackets to the RV under the awning and then that end of the screen is attached by another bungee ball. However, we don’t care to drill into our RV, so we just attached it to the arms of the awning ourselves with 4″ Spring Clamps.

Shade

This is used as a side screen shade and it blocks up to 86% of UV rays without obscuring your view out the side!

Wind

The Tentproinc RV Awning Side Sunshade Screen reduces wind very well, especially crosswinds.

Size

The Side Screen comes in one size, a 9’ x 7’ screen.
